The comedian through his lawyer is accusing CNN of being biased when questioning one of his alleged rape victims, Beverly Johnson.

Cable News Network (CNN) has replied the lawyer of embattled American comedian, Bill Cosby, after he accused the TV station of using unethical and malicious tactics to question one of the alleged rape victims of the actor, Beverly Johnson.

Marty Singer who is the lawyer of Bill Cosby accused CNN of trying to prop up one of Bill Cosby's key accusers with unethical, malicious tactics.

When Beverly Johnson reached out to CNN to narrate her alleged rape ordeal in the hands of Bill Cosby, she told CNN reporters that they should get in touch with Mark Burk, who was her live-in boyfriend from 2006-2009.

According to Bill Cosby’s lawyer,  Burk told CNN reporters that Beverly Johnson had "never said a negative statement about Bill Cosby throughout their entire four year relationship," a statement CNN did not include in their program.

Marty wrote a letter to CNN President,  Jeff Zucker, claiming his reporters are out to get Cosby in a special the network the network is doing with model/actress, Beverly Johnson.

CNN however fired back at Bill Cosby's lawyer defending its decision not to include Beverly Johnson's ex- boyfriend as part of a network special because he is a criminal.

CNN in the letter said Beverly Johnson’s then boyfriend, Mark Burk, was not around when the alleged drugging occurred. The letter also minimizes the relevance that Johnson said bad things to Burk about Cosby.

CNN also revealed that Burk has a criminal history of multiple restraining orders keeping him away from Johnson and threats to kill her, which makes him unreliable.
