Mu'ath Al Kassasbeh was captured by ISIS in December 2014 when his fighter jet crashed in Syria.
The
militants released the video which shows a man in a cage with fuel
poured near him. The fuel is then set on fire and the cage bursts into
flames.
Supporters of ISIS have also been circulating images of the alleged murder on Twitter.
Jordan
had been involved in negotiations to free Al Kassasbeh and was set to
conduct a prisoner exchange with a female suicide bomber.
